American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building loyalty with every guest.

You will use the AEO Selling Model, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, introduce the loyalty program, and adapt to any zone while working with a friendly, cooperative team.

You love AE, share authentic service, and take pride in representing our brand every day.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Prior retail experience.
• Minimum age 16.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE product details and suggest fits.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Adapt to any zone: sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support teammates with a collaborative approach.
• Represent the brand with integrity and follow policies.
