Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador in Midland, TX. You will bring our brand to life, create an amazing in-store shopping experience, and represent AE with authenticity.

You will educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Prior retail experience is a plus; must be 16+ and ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with people and provide a great shopping experience.
• Energetic, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail experience a plus; willingness to learn AE/Aerie products and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
