Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will provide customers with an amazing shopping experience, educate on AE/Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs.

The role requires adaptability across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and policy adherence. Ideal candidates are energized by interaction, comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and available

Qualifications

• Experience in retail preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AE Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Demonstrate teamwork and contribute to store goals.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures and maintain integrity.
