Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Killeen, TX. You will bring the brand to life, deliver an exceptional shopping experience, educate guests on AE/Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs.

You’ll move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom to assist guests and support store objectives. Ideal candidates are energetic, enjoy interacting with people, and have prior retail experience.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You have energy to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• You have worked in retail before and are 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model and help them find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to achieving store goals.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
