Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in Westfarms Mall. You’ll deliver an amazing shopping experience, help guests find exactly what they’re looking for, and represent our values with authenticity.

You’ll work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program. Must be at least 16 years old and available evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing retail experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passionate about AE & Aerie products.
• 16 years of age or older.
• Able to flex across store areas (Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom).

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make product suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support team to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to policies.
