Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests about AE products, and highlight the loyalty program to foster brand loyalty.

You will move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, solving guest issues with a friendly, policy-driven approach. Apply your energy and people skills daily.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns in a timely, policy-compliant manner.
• Support the store team to ensure the best guest experience.
