Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to energize the in-store experience. You will engage customers, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while upholding brand values.

Expect to move across Salesfloor, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, delivering friendly, helpful service at all times. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment if you love interacting with people, can handle multiple tasks, and are passionate about AE products.

Qualifications

• Must be able to engage with guests in a friendly, upbeat manner.
• Able to educate customers on AE & Aerie products and loyalty programs.
• Must be comfortable moving across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to help guests find what they need with a friends-first approach.
• Educate guests on product details and make tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
