Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Manchester, NH. You will bring the brand to life daily, delivering an amazing shopping experience and helping guests feel great about their choices.

You’ll engage customers with the AEO Selling Model, educate them on products, and promote our loyalty program while maintaining brand standards across Salesfloor, fitting rooms, and stockroom. Join a team that values integrity and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail experience is a plus and enthusiasm for AE/Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on product details and make suggested purchases.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to policy.
• Be a team player and support store goals.
