Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Cambridge, MA. You will bring the AE brand to life in-store, creating an amazing shopping experience and building brand loyalty with every guest.

You are the face of our brand, passionate about our products, and committed to representing our values with your REAL self. You will engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, educate them on product details, and promote AE loyalty channels.

Qualifications

• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model and a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items to fit needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the squad to get the job done.
