Job summary

American Eagle is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in the Nashua store. You’ll create an amazing shopping experience, share product knowledge, and represent the AEO values with authenticity.

You’ll work across the salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom, flexing as needed while staying energetic in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include employee discounts and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with people and delivering great service.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Able to stay energetic in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find products using the selling model.
• Educate customers on AE & Aerie products and fit recommendations.
• Promote the loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following store policies.
• Support the team to get the job done.
