Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Madison, WI to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will be the face of our company, enthusiastic about AE & Aerie products and dedicated to building brand loyalty with guests.

You will use the AEO Selling Model, educate guests on products, share the brand love, and move seamlessly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with customers.
• Experience in retail or service is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Uphold brand values and act with integrity in all interactions.
