Job summary

AEO's Brand Ambassador in Springfield, MO, is a part-time role responsible for bringing the brand to life in-store and delivering an amazing shopping experience. You’ll be the face of our company, share product knowledge, and help guests discover the AE and Aerie lines while building brand loyalty.

We value energetic, people-focused team players who can juggle tasks across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom. Availability on evenings, weekends and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You have energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• You're passionate about AE & Aerie product! Educate guests on product details and make suggestions to fit their needs.
• You share the brand love! Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You can hang! Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You're an innovative problem solver! Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to policy.
• You're a team player - #teamwork! Help your team get the job done.
• You've got integrity! Do the right thing and adhere to AEO's policies & procedures.
