Job summary

AEO in Hoover, AL is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will help guests find products, educate them on AE & Aerie, and promote the loyalty program while representing our brand values.

You will move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Must be energetic, people-oriented, and at least 16 years old; prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests with the AEO Selling Model to help find exactly what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable options.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to achieving store goals.
• Uphold company policies and act with integrity.
