Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. in Birmingham, AL is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll create an amazing shopping experience, help guests find what they’re looking for, and represent our company values with your authentic self.

You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, introduce the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. The role emphasizes energy, teamwork, and brand passion.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Energetic with strong guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests on the store floor using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support your team to meet store goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Represent the brand with integrity and embody AEO policies.
