Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Hoover, AL is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life. You’ll provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience and be the face of our company, proudly representing AE and Aerie products and values.

You will educate guests on product details, introduce the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom. We expect energy, friendliness, and integrity while upholding policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to engage guests with energy in a fast-paced retail environment.
• AE and Aerie product knowledge encouraged.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
