Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Foley, AL is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll help guests find exactly what they’re looking for and create an amazing shopping experience that makes their day better.

You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, share brand love, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Fitting Room and Stockroom. Prior retail experience and energy are a plus.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You're energetic and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before.
• You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support your team and contribute to #gettingthejobdone.
