Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Florida. You will engage guests, educate them on AE/Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while flexing across Salesfloor, fitting rooms, and stockroom to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You’re energetic, people-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus, and you must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• People skills and energy to engage customers in a fast-paced retail setting
• Experience in retail helps with product education and guest interactions
• Ability to flex between salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following store policies.
• Support team and collaborate to get the job done.
• Uphold company policies and integrity in all actions.
