Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Sarasota, FL is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in‑store and provide every guest with an exceptional shopping experience that makes their day better.

You will engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and be flexible across sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 16 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make product recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Assist across sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and AEO policies.
