Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in stores across Frisco, Leadville, Dillon, Silverthorne, and Buena Vista, CO. You will stock shelves, build displays, and manage in-stock conditions while interacting with store teams and shoppers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Frisco, CO; secondary locations listed.
• Schedule Mon-Fri, early morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism to be the face of the brands.
• Provide outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily to capture displays and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Place orders via iPad, using Salesforce to ensure stock on shelves and displays.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and ensure compliance.
• Follow RTM schedules for efficient coverage with retail teams.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches; high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
