Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to represent iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit in-store. You will build relationships, stock shelves, execute displays, and place orders via iPad using Salesforce to keep products in stock.

Applicants should be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. The role covers Shelby, NC and nearby areas with regular store visits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to drive own vehicle with insurance coverage.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Live within 25–35 miles of primary location (Gaffney, SC) and Shelby, NC.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Place orders via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Adhere to safety requirements; perform physical tasks as needed.
