Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to work in Vandalia and surrounding Dayton-area stores. You will manage in-store brand presence for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring products are in stock.

You will drive to multiple store locations, build relationships with staff, and use iPad and Salesforce to place and track orders while following RTM plans.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations.
• Physically able to perform lifting and repetitive tasks as described.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store as the face of the brands and maintain shelf presence.
• Deliver excellent customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Conduct daily store visits, capture display photos, and follow DSD Merchandising Excellence guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Place orders via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions and use Salesforce for updates.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure adherence to RTM plans.
• Follow RTM schedules for efficient coverage across the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
