Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United States is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store by stocking shelves, building displays, and ensuring products are in stock. You will develop relationships with store personnel and drive visibility of our iconic brands.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license.
• Ability to drive to store locations with mileage reimbursement.
• Experience in retail/grocery is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Milford, OH; secondary locations Mason & Loveland, OH.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plan compliance with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and RTM priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Adhere to safety requirements and handle lifting and moving product as needed.
