Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks to life in-store. You will build relationships, stock shelves, and execute displays ensuring iconic brands are visible and in stock at all times.

You’ll use iPad-based systems and Salesforce to place orders, coordinate with RTMs, and implement promotional plans while maintaining safety and efficiency on the sales floor. A strong customer-service mindset and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn GED while gaining skills.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform hard work in fast-paced environment; lift up to 25 lbs; push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Farmington, ME. Secondary locations listed.
• Schedule availability Mon/Wed/Thu/Fri plus 1 weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence as the face of iconic brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via digital merchandising.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, including new product launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety; physical readiness for lifting and moving products.
