Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a full-time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks to life in Bowie, MD. You will perform in-store visits, stock shelves, capture display photos, and place product orders using Salesforce on an iPad, ensuring shelves stay stocked and displays comply with plans.

You will build strong relationships with store staff and manage daily routes, with safety and physical requirements as part of the job.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Proficiency with iPad/tablet applications for ordering and photo capture.
• Strong relationship-building with store personnel.
• Ability to follow schedules and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and digital merchandising tasks (DSD/DM I).
• Build relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Place orders via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and ensure compliance.
• Follow daily schedules set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and physical readiness in role.
