Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are visible and in stock while representing the brand with professionalism.

Daily store visits, relationships with store staff, and ordering via iPad/Salesforce are core duties. This role requires physical activity, driving a personal vehicle, and adherence to RTM plans.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• 1–3 years of retail or consumer goods experience preferred.
• Ability to drive your own vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily, capture display photos, and follow the DSI/DSD merchandising plan.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel and management.
• Place orders via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Set up promotional displays per RTM plans and schedules.
• Communicate store insights and opportunities to RTM and management.
• Work safely; lift, bend, and move products as required.
