Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks to life in stores. You’ll stock shelves, build displays, and maintain in-stock conditions while engaging with store teams and shoppers.

Responsibilities include executing displays, placing orders via iPad, and reporting store insights to managers. This role involves field visits across primary and secondary Illinois locations, with a focus on reliable, customer‑facing service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Able to drive your own vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional 50+ lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Galena, IL; secondary location Freeport, IL.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure adherence to RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; perform physical activities including lifting and moving product.
