Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks to life in stores. You will build displays, stock shelves, and maintain product visibility while following RTM plans and using Salesforce to place orders.

This role requires driving to multiple store locations, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working a schedule that includes one weekend day. You will interact with store personnel to ensure optimal shelf presence, execute DSD merchandising initiatives,

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 and have a valid REAL ID, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access facilities.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods.
• Must be self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive own vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull over 50 lbs occasionally.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Bowie, MD; secondary locations listed.
• Schedule requires four weekdays and one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits, capture display photos, and follow digital merchandising initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Place orders via iPad and maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and schedules.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Handle physical tasks involved in stocking and merchandising.
