Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks to life in-store. You will be the face of Mondelēz, building relationships with store staff, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring products are in stock.

You will place orders via iPad using Salesforce, execute promotional displays, and follow RTM plans. The role involves lifting and moving products and requires a dependable, travel-ready driver with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license in your state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated attitude; able to work independently.
• Must drive personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical tasks: lifting, bending, stocking shelves.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and focus on excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following merchandising standards; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel for execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions; use Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plan adherence with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and RTM priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant; perform physical merchandising duties.
