Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, or public relations.
• Experience leading consumer and media relations for trend-driven brands.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team and collaborate across marketing, PR and brand partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dutch Bros’ social channels, content and analytics to grow engagement and Gen Z/Alpha relevance.
• Own strategy, voice and content across all social channels.
• Lead consumer PR, identifying opportunities around trends and brand initiatives.
• Oversee brand engagement and activations, including merch drops and giveaways.
• Manage agency partnerships and budgets for consumer PR and social.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Corporate Communications on campaigns.
