Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Social Media Specialist to drive the day-to-day execution of our digital brand. You will create dynamic social content, edit video assets, and translate briefs into high-impact assets while maintaining an organized social calendar.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, monitor trends, and manage campaigns from concept to post, including reporting and optimization with the Insights team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
• 4+ years in brand marketing or social media role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end social media content creation across all Dutch Bros channels.
• Own capturing and editing video content for social use daily.
• Identify time-sensitive trends and align cross-functional teams to brings them to life.
• Own the Wrike creative brief process for campaigns.
• Manage content calendars and schedule content on Sprout Social and native platforms.
