Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist in Tempe, AZ. You will own marketing reporting, manage the Zendesk ticketing system, and coordinate field communications and signage programs.

This role requires strong organization, cross-functional collaboration, and attention to detail to keep multiple recurring workstreams on track. The position emphasizes data accuracy, dashboards, and vendor invoicing, with in-office requirements four days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, or a related role.
• Experience managing ticketing systems, project management tools, or similar operational platforms preferred.
• Experience with reporting, budget tracking, or vendor invoicing preferred.
• Must be able to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Marketing Reporting and the Zendesk ticketing platform to ensure accurate, timely data.
• Manage weekly reporting process for the Brand Marketing team and deliver to stakeholders.
• Serve as administrator of the ticketing platform, routing, prioritizing, and resolving requests.
• Maintain and improve reporting templates and dashboards for clarity and efficiency.
• Partner cross-functionally to gather data inputs needed for reporting and validate data.
• Own field communication processes, including weekly brew, monthly Coaches and FZ presentations, and ad hoc regional event communications.
• Coordinate ad hoc signage requests and oversee vendor invoicing.
• Project manage new signage type tests with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Support local field marketing activation programs and turnkey campaigns.
