Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking an Integrated Marketing Specialist to plan and manage marketing for new shop openings and emerging markets in the Phoenix area. You will coordinate across creative, media, signage, and promotions to ensure cohesive campaigns that build brand loyalty.

You will monitor performance, analyze market trends, and drive improvements in processes while supporting seamless collaboration between field teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or 4 years comparable experience.
• 2 additional years in local, field or grand opening marketing or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytics skills and ability to handle multiple data sets and deadlines.
• Multi-unit QSR or retail experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop comprehensive marketing plans for new shops/markets with goals and budgets.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of new shop campaigns on time and on budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities including creative, media, and signage.
• Assess processes and propose efficiency improvements.
• Help manage grand openings budget from soup to nuts.
• Collaborate with field teams and vendor partners for timely execution.
• Monitor ROI and KPIs, and share learnings with stakeholders.
• Provide data-informed recommendations for future campaigns.
• Maintain clear timelines, roles, and regular check-ins.
