Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Regional Technology Partner in Tempe, AZ to bridge Technology Operations, Service Excellence, and business leadership. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, deliver proactive regional engagement, and drive AI-enabled service improvements to enhance the employee and shop experience.

The role requires hands-on expertise with endpoints, identity platforms, and enterprise collaboration tools, plus travel up to 40% to support stores nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive technical experience in enterprise IT operations or Tier 2/3 service desk.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML workflows, agent-based automation, or self-service tools.
• Administration of core Endpoint & Identity platforms: Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, Microsoft Intune, and JAMF Pro.
• Executive & VIP support experience with the ability to translate complex tech into actionable solutions.
• AV & shop technology familiarity including conference room tech (Teams/Zoom Rooms).
• Device lifecycle & deployment at scale using Autopilot and Apple Business Manager.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% nationwide to retail shops for troubleshooting and training.
• ITSM & problem management including root-cause analysis and knowledge base creation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the regional technology liaison between Shops and Technology Department.
• Coordinate escalation resolution across service desk, engineering, infrastructure, and vendors.
• Drive adoption of standardized support processes and knowledge articles.
• Identify recurring issues and create runbooks and self-service content.
• Engage with shop leadership to align technology with operational priorities.
• Lead regional planning for openings, relocations, and upgrades.
