Position Summary
The Ecommerce Specialist is responsible for bringing our products to life online by executing and continuously improving our product catalog, merchandising strategy, and day-to-day ecommerce operations. This role blends analytical thinking with merchandising instinct to create intuitive shopping experiences that help clients discover the right products with confidence.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys both the science and the art of ecommerce. Success in this role comes from taking ownership, solving problems, and continuously improving how products are presented online. What You'll Own
- Maintain product information, collections, tags, filters, and attributes.
- Execute new product launches and ongoing catalog updates.
- Ensure product pages remain accurate, complete, and well-organized.
- Maintain product value point libraries and merchandising assets.
- Maintain featured products, collections, cross-sells, and promotional merchandising.
- Support Gift with Purchase campaigns and promotional setup.
- Help ensure the right products are presented to the client.
Product Operations
- Coordinate new product launches from vendor assets through website publication.
- Execute launches across product pages, collections, merchandising, and supporting assets.
- Review daily orders and vendor miss-shipments.
- Monitor inventory-related website updates.
- Support preorder setup and execution.
- Continuously improve launch processes and operational workflows.
Brand & Inventory Coordination
- Manage purchase orders, ETAs, inventory, and sales reporting for our in-house product lines.
- Coordinate accessories ordering and vendor communications.
- Support inventory accuracy and product availability.
Digital Asset Management
- Organize and maintain product imagery, videos, and ambassador assets.
- Coordinate video assets and supporting ecommerce content.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Development to successfully launch products and maintain a best-in-class shopping experience.
- Work closely with the Digital Experience Specialist to improve product discoverability and customer experience.

Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing products within Shopify is required.
- 1+ years of ecommerce, merchandising, or product operations experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP), filtering, sorting, and data analysis.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing large product catalogs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with inventory management.
- Experience with ecommerce merchandising platforms.
- Experience coordinating product launches.
- Experience working with vendors.
- Experience with Matrixify or similar bulk import/export tools.
- Experience with Shopify Markets and product merchandising.
