BSA is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role guides pursuit timelines, helps craft strategy and messaging, and ensures timely completion of deliverables.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of related experience with strong writing, editing, and desktop publishing skills, plus proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign and Photoshop, and Microsoft Office tools. Collaboration and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a related field with strong writing, editing and desktop publishing skills.
• Experience creating brand-aligned collateral using templates and standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with principals, design leaders, and pursuit teams to support the RFP/RFQ response process by guiding timelines, contributing to strategy and messaging, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Assist with client and pursuit-specific research, including gathering insight on decision-makers, client missions, and values.
• Create compelling, brand-aligned collateral using approved templates and standards.
• Ensure consistent use of BSA's visual identity across all pursuit materials.
• Collaborate with firmwide studios and regional teams to coordinate and execute proposals.
• Maintain pursuit tracking systems including CRM updates
