CPL in Columbia, SC seeks a Proposal Coordinator to lead branded proposals, qualifications packages, and interview materials that showcase our expertise. You will collaborate with Pursuit & Proposal Managers, principals, and technical teams to shape pursuit strategies and deliver polished, branded deliverables under tight deadlines.

The role emphasizes strong writing, editing, and content development skills, with a focus on timely, high-quality outputs that support growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proposal, marketing, or business development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Acrobat.
• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and production of branded proposals and pursuit deliverables.
• Develop visually engaging presentations and interview materials.
• Write, edit, and tailor content to client needs and projects.
• Update project descriptions, resumes, and staff biographies for proposals.
• Research and support business development and strategic pursuits.
• Participate in client development, marketing, and pursuit strategy meetings.
• Manage multiple proposals and ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify process improvements to elevate outcomes.
