Job summary

CPL is seeking a Proposal Coordinator in Atlanta, GA. You will lead the creation and packaging of branded proposals, qualifications, and interview materials. You will collaborate with pursuit managers and technical teams to develop compelling content and polished deliverables that support the firm's growth.

The role requires 3+ years in proposals/marketing, plus proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Creative Suite. Architecture/AE-C industry familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proposal, marketing, or business development experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and production of branded proposals and pursuit deliverables.
• Develop visually engaging presentations and interview materials.
• Write, edit, and tailor content to client needs and opportunities.
• Maintain project descriptions, resumes, and staff bios for proposals.
• Support business development initiatives and pursuit strategy meetings.
• Coordinate multiple proposals with deadlines and quality control.
