Job summary

Tailscale is seeking a Brand Designer to bring our brand to life across customer touchpoints. You’ll own projects from concept to delivery, shape our design systems, and scale creative output while maintaining quality.

You will partner with Brand, Growth, Web, Content, Product Marketing, and Developer Relations to deliver cohesive experiences. A strong portfolio and proficiency with Figma and Creative Cloud are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in brand, marketing, or visual design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design foundations and storytelling.
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience designing across digital marketing, websites, campaigns, and brand systems.

Responsibilities

• Own brand design projects from concept through delivery with limited guidance.
• Create assets across web, campaigns, events, social media, and internal communications.
• Extend and implement Tailscale's visual identity across formats and channels.
• Develop reusable templates, design systems, and processes for consistency.
• Collaborate with Growth, Web, Content, and Product Marketing teams.
