Job summary

Teton is seeking a Brand Designer to evolve and scale our visual identity across product, marketing, and executive communications. You will own the brand system, craft clear visuals, and empower teams with on-brand templates and guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of brand or marketing design experience, a strong portfolio, proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite, and a collaborative, detail‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in brand, visual, or marketing design.
• Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, clarity, and minimal design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with motion, illustration, or light 3D is a plus.
• Strong ability to translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive visuals.
• Experience creating decks, diagrams, product explainers, and system-level storytelling.
• Highly organized designer who maintains structure, documentation, and scalable design workflows.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented builder who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Resourceful creative who uses GenAI tools to speed up execution and expand creative options.
• Interest in healthcare, AI, or other technically complex industries.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States or Europe.

Responsibilities

• Brand Identity & System Development – Evolve and maintain a comprehensive brand system across all channels.
• Product Storytelling & Visualization – Translate AI, computer‑vision, and healthcare workflows into clear visuals and diagrams.
• Marketing & Sales Design – Build decks and visuals for sales, conferences, and campaigns.
• Creative Execution & Asset Management – Own end‑to‑end design from concept to final assets and maintain asset libraries.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work with VP of Marketing, product, sales, and engineering to align visuals with customer needs and strategy.
