Tailscale is seeking an experienced Brand Designer to bring our brand to life across customer touchpoints. You’ll manage brand design from concept to delivery, collaborating with Growth, Web, Content, Product Marketing, and Developer Relations to ensure cohesive experiences.

You will craft high-quality assets for digital and print, extend our visual identity, and contribute to scalable design systems while thriving in a remote, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in brand, marketing, or visual design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design foundations: color theory, accessibility, typography, layout, and storytelling.
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsabilités

• Own brand design projects from creative brief through final delivery with limited guidance.
• Design assets across web, campaigns, events, social media, presentations, product marketing, and internal communications.
• Apply and extend Tailscale's visual identity across formats and channels.
• Create reusable templates and design systems to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
