Mintlify is seeking a senior brand designer to lead end-to-end brand design projects, from exploration to final polish. You will collaborate with Heads of Design and Marketing on strategy and create visuals that resonate with developers.

You bring 4+ years of brand and creative design experience in SaaS/tech, a strong portfolio, and a keen eye for cohesive experiences. Expert in Figma, Paper, and design systems; motion design a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of brand and creative design experience in SaaS / tech companies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing identity systems and campaigns.
• You keep user experience central to your design thinking, balancing the “why” and “how”.
• Your attention to detail and craftsmanship creates seamless, intuitive design.
• You understand how design decisions interconnect, ensuring cohesive experiences.
• You make informed decisions and stay steps ahead.
• You combine design passion with business acumen and strong relationships.
• Expert in Figma, Paper, Replit, or design tools of choice.
• Experience with digital-first brands and developer tools.
• Understanding of design systems and visual hierarchy.
• Nice to have: Motion design capabilities

Responsibilities
