Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Bloomington, Minnesota is seeking a Key Holder to partner with the store management team in daily operations. You will help maintain an energetic pace, support sales goals, and deliver genuine customer connections through exceptional service and brand standards.

This role emphasizes leadership on the floor, sharing product knowledge, upholding visual and service excellence, and coordinating with partners to ensure smooth shipment processing, restocking, and omni-channel

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience on a retail floor.
• Experience collaborating with store teams to hit sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand representative reflecting company values.
• Lead by example with a service-focused culture and use feedback to improve interactions.
• Deliver omni-channel shopping experiences using MPOS/POS and curbside pickup.
• Serve as floor service leader, drive sales goals and maintain floor needs.
• Share product knowledge and brand messaging to elevate customer interactions.
• Prioritize service over tasks and exercise decision-making on the floor.
• Support opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks.
• Collaborate with partners to process shipments, restock, and maintain visuals.
• Uphold safety standards, inventory accuracy, and policy adherence.
• Foster inclusive environment; listen and solicit feedback.
• Support onboarding and provide feedback on performance.
• Develop skills and stay responsive to feedback.
• Participate in daily meetings and brand initiatives.
