Urban Outfitters is seeking a Key Holder to partner with store management in supervising daily store operations and driving sales through genuine customer connections. You will contribute to an energetic, customer-focused environment and model excellent service.

Responsibilities include leading by example, coaching associates, executing brand standards, and supporting omni-channel processes from in-store to curbside pickup. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience: acts as a brand representative reflecting company values and delivers extraordinary service to cultivate genuine customer connections.
• Leadership + Team Management: leads by example, motivates the team, communicates daily goals and metrics, and prioritizes service over tasks.
• Visual + Business Operations: supports opening/closing procedures, assists with shipment processing, restocking and adherence to visual standards and policies.
• Communication + Relationships: fosters an inclusive environment, participates in onboarding and training, seeks feedback and shares information actively.
