Vylor, located in Johnston, Iowa, seeks a Communications Consultant to drive day-to-day corporate social media and website content. You will translate enterprise priorities into engaging channels, coordinate with marketing, R&D, legal and HR, and ensure accurate, timely content across digital platforms.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in corporate communications, exceptional writing and editing skills, and strong project-management abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5 years of experience supporting communications or marketing in a corporate setting.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills for articles, web copy, videos, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal partners to gather input and ensure accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail, editorial judgment, and ability to adapt to changing needs.
• Strong project management skills: organize workstreams, timelines, and priorities.
• Strong verbal communication skills for review and governance processes.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; comfortable with digital tools.

• Own day-to-day management of corporate social media channels and content development.
• Translate enterprise priorities into timely, engaging channel content.
• Manage website content publishing and governance.
• Coordinate with marketing, R&D, legal, HR to gather input and review materials.
• Edit and organize digital content for social media, website, and other channels.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital ecosystems and brand training materials.
• Support brand and content initiatives and updates to the Brand Center.
• Assist with ad-hoc enterprise communications projects.
