Vantor Inc. is seeking a skilled communications professional to craft press materials, pitches, talking points and thought-leadership content that drives visibility and customer outcomes.

You will translate complex technology and market concepts into clear narratives across blogs, web content, newsletters and social media. You will collaborate with PR, product marketing, creative and digital teams to ensure cohesive messaging and timely delivery across channels, while maintaining Vantor's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, English, marketing or a related field.
• Demonstrated professional writing and editing experience in PR, corporate communications, journalism, copywriting or content marketing.
• Ability to produce clear, accurate copy across formats including media materials and social channels.
• Ability to translate complex topics into concise language tied to outcomes.
• Strong grammar, tone, and editorial consistency with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit press releases, media pitches, executive talking points, event talk tracks, briefing materials, award submissions and thought-leadership content.
• Help develop corporate narratives, proactive storylines, executive positioning, media opportunities and editorial calendars.
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible stories that demonstrate value and connect to customer outcomes.
• Create integrated brand and marketing content, including blogs, newsletters, website copy, social posts and campaign materials.
• Build and maintain press kits, media lists and reusable communications frameworks; coordinate reviews to stay on schedule.
• Monitor media coverage, maintain clip reporting and analyze communications performance for insights.
• Support influencer, spokesperson and executive social-media programs with timely content and guidance.
• Partner with PR, Product Marketing, Creative, Digital, Campaigns and Go-to-Market teams for cohesive communications.
