Job summary

Vylor Inc. seeks a Communications Consultant to own corporate social media channels, develop and publish content, and ensure brand consistency across digital channels.

You’ll coordinate with marketing, R&D, legal and HR to gather input, review materials, and update content to reflect enterprise priorities. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years’ corporate communications experience, with strong writing, editing and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5 years of experience supporting communications/marketing in corporate env.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills across formats.
• Collaborate with SMEs and internal partners to shape content.
• Strong attention to detail and editorial judgment.
• Strong project management: timelines, workstreams and priorities.
• Strong verbal communication with internal and external partners.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of corporate social media channels.
• Translate priorities into timely, engaging content.
• Manage website content publishing aligned with priorities and editorial guidance.
• Coordinate with SMEs to gather input and route materials for review.
• Edit and organize digital content for social media and website.
• Ensure consistent brand application across digital ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain brand training materials and resources.
• Provide project support for brand and content initiatives.
• Maintain Brand Center and facilitate access to tools and assets.
• Support additional enterprise communications activities and projects.
