Job summary

Vylor, Inc. seeks a Paid Media Specialist to join our in-house Marketing Communications team in Des Moines, IA.

You will manage multi-channel campaigns, including programmatic, endemic/native, and traditional media, from launch through post-campaign analysis. The role requires a performance-focused mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable optimizations across Google Ads, DV360, Meta, and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience executing digital and/or traditional media campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and/or programmatic DSPs.
• Working knowledge of tag management and tracking systems (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, UTM frameworks).
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Support paid media campaign development across digital and traditional platforms: Programmatic, endemic/native, and traditional channels.
• Partner with the Paid Media Strategy Manager and Marketing Communications Managers to align campaigns with business goals.
• Traffic the creative assets for paid media buys and collaborate with vendors to execute media buys.
• Set up tracking infrastructure and ensure end-to-end visibility across paid media and downstream lead activity.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and post-campaign reports and share insights with stakeholders.
