Hiya Inc. is seeking a results-driven Head of Brand & Communications to own the global narrative and protect trust across markets. You will lead PR, social, events, and thought leadership, shaping a scalable, high-impact function with executive visibility.

You’ll craft strategies, write pitches, guide creative work, and build relations with reporters, analysts, and leaders worldwide. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and strategic influence across the business.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in brand, communications, or PR at B2B tech companies.
• Experience leading teams and agencies across multiple countries.
• Hands-on leader who writes pitches, drafts posts, and guides creatives.
• Strong storytelling with multi-country brand coherence.
• Media and analyst relations experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the brand strategy and ensure a consistent Hiya voice across all touchpoints.
• Lead global PR strategy and manage agency partners.
• Turn data into headlines with annual and market-specific stories.
• Build analyst relations and secure key industry opportunities.
• Develop and scale a global organic social function with cross-channel integration.
• Prepare spokespeople and pursue speaking opportunities and awards.
• Lead the creative function and coach teams for growth.
• Measure share of voice and impact on awareness to consideration.
