Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers, delivering excellent service and educating shoppers on loyalty programs. You will collaborate with leadership to create a best-in-class experience using omni-channel tools.

You’ll engage customers, support sales goals, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment while working as part of a dynamic retail team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools (mobile devices, apps, registers).
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to build brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and teamwork.
• Utilize omnichannel offerings to enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Assist across sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back-of-house as needed.
