Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You’ll educate, inform and wardrobe guests while delivering a best-in-class experience through an omni-channel approach.

Engage with customers, drive sales with suggestive selling, and collaborate with leadership to meet store goals. The role includes supporting all store operations, maintaining an organized space, and upholding Banana Republic’s service standards.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require current or future employment visa sponsorship.
• Be willing to learn and use technology tools and registers.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Be able to stand, walk, move around the store and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to build brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Enhance omnichannel shopping experience for customers.
• Be accountable to personal goals contributing to store results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally.
